ADA Solutions for the Hospitality Industry
Our goal at the Carper Company is to provide and maintain products that will benefit the hospitality industry. With that being said; The Federal Americans with Disability Act (ADA) will be changing the accessibility requirements for hotels and motels. This will take place on March 15th, 2012. Hotels and motels will be required to provide rooms equipped with notification devices, telephone amplifiers, and TTD's.
The Carper Company now offers the following Economy and Deluxe ADA Kits that will satisfy the ADA requirements.
Properties purchasing these units PRIOR to March 15th, 2012 will be in compliance with ADA current standards. If your hotel chooses to wait until after March 15th, 2012, the new requirements will be enforced and the quantity requirements will be substantially higher.

Economy ADA Kit With Visual Fire Alarm
(ECMYKIT-ADA) - PortaView 20 Junior Guest Room TDD: text telephone includes power adapter and backup battery.
- Visual Doorknock: notification hangs over top of guest room door, source power by use 9V battery not included.
- Visual Tele-Signaler: Connects to lamp and telephone line, lamp flashes for incoming call notification.
- Alarm Clock with Bed Shaker: Small alarm clock with strong bed shaker and loud audible alert.
- Telephone Amplifier: connects between base and handset of any corded telephone increases incoming voice volume. 2AAA batteries not included.
- ADA Storage Bag: Project and store all ADA products when not in use.
